Delete your SoundCheX account
You can permanently delete your account from inside SoundCheX. Sign in, open Your Account, then choose Delete my SoundCheX account.
What deletion removes
- Your SoundCheX sign-in account and connected login methods.
- Conversation history, generated documents, and app preferences stored on that device.
- Anonymous feedback ratings associated with that app installation when the service is reachable.
Conversation and generated-document content is stored locally on your device, not in a SoundCheX cloud account.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your SoundCheX account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in your device’s subscription settings. Web subscriptions can be canceled through Stripe from Your Account.
If you cannot access the app, contact support@soundchex.info and request account deletion. We may need to verify that you own the account before completing the request.
